Payment Policy

Full payment is required upon scheduling an appointment. S & J accepts all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept insurance.

Virtual or In-Person Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days from scheduled appointment date: Full Refund

• 4-6 days from the scheduled appointment date: Partial (50%) Refund

• 0-3 Days from the scheduled appointment: (no show or no written cancellation): No Refund

• In the event that the S & J cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled for another time agreeable to all parties.
